Congratulations on taking the steps forward towards your wholeness and sovereignty. Below you will find tips and pointers that will help you integrate the work that was completed during your session. Some notice changes immediately. Some may notice the subtle nuances within the body and light body as time goes on. Trust the process.
*Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Water is essential post-session. If so inclined, add ¼ tsp of celtic salt to their drinking water as it is said to help with hydration of cells/body. (check with doctor first if have medical issues)
*Journal your experiences post session as well as any dreams, synchronicities, that are showing up in your life.
*Epsom salt baths (3-4 cups) is helpful post-session. You have shifted much energy during the session. A good soak helps the body stabilize and integrate it all.
*Walk in the park, woods to ground your energy. Notice any new awareness of what is around: sights, sounds, smells, feelings.
*Follow your bodies cues. If you feel the need to rest, rest. Eat what your body (not mind) is asking for.
*Sit quietly for at least ten minutes, twice per day calling attention to your breath, breathing in and out to a slow, deep rhythm. Notice what comes into your awareness during this time. If inclined, journal about it.
